Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We don't ship on Sundays and public holidays, so keep that in mind if you order over a long weekend.

Delivery time

We ship across India. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually get it faster. Remote areas or hilly regions may take a little longer, we appreciate your patience when that happens.

Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 999. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies (shown at checkout).

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use that to follow your package. If tracking hasn't updated in 4+ days, something might be off, reach out to us and we'll check with the courier.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

We do offer COD on eligible orders. Please make sure someone's available at the address to receive and pay if orders get returned due to non-availability, we may not be able to process a re-shipment without prepayment.

Order issues

Didn't receive your order but tracking says delivered? Contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier and sort it out.
